• 400g spaghetti
  • 325g of creamy feta
  • 4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 sprigs of thyme
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste


  • Preheat oven 450F

    In casserole dish add tomatoes, feta, thyme, olive oil and bake for 30mins.

    While baking, boil your water and cook your spaghetti.

    When the tomato and feta are finished baking mix in your spaghetti and add a cup of the pasta water.

    Mix well, serve immediately. Enjoy!
