• 4 slices of Italian country bread
  • 100g feta from Triple “A” Cheese
  • 12 slices pancetta
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil


  • Top each slice of bread with a drizzle of olive oil, feta, and pancetta.

    Put it under a broiler for 3-4 minutes or until the pancetta crisps up.

    Remove and add a drizzle of honey and sprinkle pistachios. Enjoy!
